Membership Application

Fill out the application, below. Please note, the Detachment is FL and the Squadron is 62. Print it out and submit it along with a copy of the DD214 or other separation papers which show the veteran was Honorably Discharged along with your membership dues of $35. You may either drop the information at the Post, or mail it to SAL Squadron 62, 2000 SE Fischer Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
